Deliveries
We deliver
to most Auckland suburbs and towns every day except Sunday.
We can arrange your flowers for overseas, Auckland and the rest of New Zealand.
For same day
New Zealand flower delivery, orders must be received before
11am weekdays and local South Auckland areas by 2.00 pm.
Orders for RD (rural deliveries) are required by 4.00pm, NZ time, on the day
before delivery.
There are no rural flower deliveries on a Saturday unless by prior arrangement.
For
deliveries to business addresses on the same day we need to receive your order
by
11am, NZ time, on the day of delivery.
There are no
Sunday flower deliveries except on special occasions such as
Mothers’ Day and Valentine’s Day.
There are no deliveries on the following national public holidays:
1st January - New

2nd January - New Years holiday
6th February - Waitangi Day

Easter Monday
25th April - ANZAC Day
1st Monday in June - Queen’s birthday
4th Monday in October - Labour Day
25th December - Christmas Day

Special Requests
If you are after something special that isn't listed, just
contact us and we will do our best to meet your order.
We are always happy to
assist you with the difficult requests, it might just take a little longer.
We
use only experienced florists and first grade flowers when making up your order.
Seasonal and regional conditions may vary and affect the
supply, quality, and cost of flowers,
foliages and other materials connected
with your order. In these circumstances we reserve the right
to substitute
alternatives whilst still maintaining the value of your order.

We are a family owned and operated florist
studio with experience as professional
flower growers, a retail florist shop and as a residential based studio.
Based
in Manurewa which is easily accessible to all Auckland suburbs and the
southern
rural areas.
A
progressive studio, large enough to ensure a quality service yet small
enough to give your
order personal attention.
Every
order is personally checked by the owner to guarantee top quality before
leaving the studio.
We can
normally dispatch your order on the same day it is received or if this
is not possible,
early the following day.
Terms of Trade
Privacy Act
We will not
use your email address or contact you for any reason other than the order we are
sending.
Names and email addresses of customers will never be shared with or
used by anyone without the express written permission
of the customer. Consumer protection laws, including the Fair Trading Act, and Consumer
Guarantees are covered, including the Fair Trading Act, Consumer Guarantees and
Privacy Act.
Terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law, and the purchaser submits
to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand Court.
Payment
Ownership
does not pass until payment has been received. Credit cards will be
processed
prior to delivery.
Faulty Goods
Claims
relating to product quality must be lodged within 48 hours of delivery.
