Appointments
All our
appointments to discuss your flowers and arrangements at a time to suit us both,
so you will need to phone or email us for a convenient time. We are not always
available as we are picking up flowers, delivering weddings or at an upcoming
wedding venue finalizing the weekend's weddings.
We are happy to meet you at a cafe during your lunch break to discuss your flowers, we have appointments available early evening and during the weekend.
Booking your wedding day with us
We accept
wedding confirmations on a first in first served basis, during the very busy
wedding season we may ask for a 10% holding bond which reserves the day for
you. Most times we try to do only one wedding per day especially if your
wedding is a large wedding, this way we are totally committed to you (not like
some other florists who may do a number of weddings on one day!)
If we get two
smaller weddings then we will consider doing both on the same day. This is our
total commitment to you our valued customer. If you wish to book with us we
just ask for you to let us know your intention to use us as your florist.
Deposits
and payments
As mentioned over the busy season we do ask for a 10% holding fee, and then
three weeks before the wedding day we require a 50% deposit to be paid (this is
when we book/order your flowers with the flower brokers) then with the balance
due on or before the wedding day. This will be discussed at interview time.
Internet banking is preferred.
