Summer mix
As the flower growing seasons tend to move between seasons it is often difficult to say that flowers belong in either Summer, Autumn, Winter or Spring.
We have tried to place the posies with flowers that maybe available in any of the seasons, it pays to ask your florist what may be available and then have the flower order confirmed 2
to 3 weeks out from the wedding.
It pays to have a second choice of flowers to avoid disappointment. The winter season has the least options available for flowers as flowers have to be grown in hot houses to give them enough heat and light to bloom.
Lisianthus
Another exquisite wedding flower that come in whites, creams, pinks, purples and two tone variations of the colours listed some are single blooms and others are doubles. They can look like an open rose with lovely long buds
and look lovely with roses. Their growing season is approximately late October until the end of May.
